“Obviously when you bring Yidden together from so many different Kehillas with all their different Minhagim, it is quite a challenge to accommodate all their needs and requests - but from personal experience (and we are quite a mixture even in our own family!) and from looking around and hearing the comments from other people, you miraculously seemed to succeed in all areas even beyond everyone’s expectations. “The food was outstanding - a simcha every meal time - extremely varied and never predictable. The wine was literally overflowing (well at least at our table of connoisseurs - hic!) and the staff at the hotel absolutely charming and helpful at all times. It was certainly quite evident that they really enjoyed working with you and appreciated your professionalism. We all loved the Western Buffet Dinner and the Polynesian Buffet outside - they were delicious and enormous fun - including the extra additions of hats, neck-scarves and garlands. Infact, we have the photos to prove that everyone entered into the spirit of the evenings! On this occasion, unlike other times when we have been away with a large number of people, we did not need to queue for food at the buffet or wait for seating or to be served or felt squashed or rushed at any time - on the contrary we were always totally relaxed and at ease, as if we were personal guests in your own home. That made a huge difference to our feeling of well-being and comfort.

“Your generosity in not only providing a 'tea room' but furnishing it with all manner of delicacies and refreshments to suit all tastes and ages epitomized your kindness and thoughtfulness and, yes, we did all sample an ice lolly and ice-cream! Also, we must add that we were most impressed with the fantastic Eruv you erected around the hotel's complex - I can't tell you how many years they waited to get one in Golders Green!!! It was really lovely meeting you both and of course, Shari and Sidney - you are all great and genuinely good people and deserve every mazel and hatzlocha in all your projects and enterprises.
